Privacy Notice

This notice describes the Privacy Policy of OpenView Products HoldCo, LLC (“OPNVW”) and the private investment vehicles managed by OPNVW, including OpenView Products, LLC; Showcase HoldCo, LLC; Showcase Window and Door Co., LLC; Hayfield Window and Door Co.,  LLC; HWD RO Co., LLC (collectively, “OpenView Products”), relating to the handling and protection of personal information that is received by OpenView Products about its prospective, current or former clients/investors.

OpenView Products collects personal information primarily to provide management services and communicate information about products.  Personal information, which may be obtained from discussions with you and documents you may deliver to OpenView Products, may include your name, address, telephone number, social security number or tax identification number, assets, net worth, income, bank account information and occupation (collectively, “Personal Information”).

OpenView Products permits only authorized individuals, who have been advised as to the proper handling of client information, and who need to access this information to perform services, to have access to this information. These authorized individuals are required to maintain and protect the confidentiality of Personal Information. OpenView Products maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect Personal Information from misuse and/or misappropriation.

In order to service your account, OpenView Products may provide Personal Information to its affiliates and to nonaffiliated third-party service providers that assist OpenView Products in servicing your account and have a need for such information. OpenView Products conducts reasonable due diligence to assess whether a prospective third-party service provider is capable of safeguarding Personal Information. Any contract with a third-party service provider entered into by OpenView Products will include provisions designed to ensure that the third party will uphold and maintain OpenView Products’ privacy standards when handling Personal Information, including physical, electronic and procedural safeguards for the protection of Personal Information. OpenView Products may also disclose Personal Information to regulatory authorities as required or permitted by applicable law. OpenView Products does not otherwise provide information about you to outside firms, organizations, or individuals except at your request or to our attorneys, accountants, tax preparers, auditors and compliance support services and as otherwise permitted by law.

Except as described in this Privacy Notice, OpenView Products will not use Personal Information for any other purpose unless OpenView Products describes in advance how such Personal Information will be used and you are given an opportunity to decline approval of such use of your Personal Information.  

OpenView Products will continue to adhere to this privacy policy with respect to the information we have in our possession relating to both existing and former individual clients/investors. 

All material changes to this privacy notice will be offered to existing clients/investors of OpenView Products and are available upon request.
